Preparation steps

    Whisk egg yolks with half the sugar until pale.

    Whisk whites to soft peaks, add remaining sugar until firm meringue.

    Fold yolk mixture into meringue.

  4. 4

    Sift and fold in flour gently.

  5. 5

    Spread onto lined tray or pour into mould.

  6. 6

    Bake 12-15 min at 180°C.

  7. 7

    Unmould onto parchment, peel off paper while warm.
