Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of licences to use the LogiBake software, published by TFNS SOLUTIONS.

LogiBake is production management software for artisan bakers and pastry chefs, distributed as a desktop application (macOS and Windows).

Article 3 — Merchant of Record

Transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record (official reseller). Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, applicable VAT and refunds.

By making a purchase, you also accept Paddle’s terms and conditions.

Article 4 — Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax. Applicable VAT is handled by Paddle based on your country of residence.

Monthly subscription: EUR 29.90/month
Annual subscription: EUR 299/year (i.e. EUR 24.92/month)

TFNS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify prices. Any change will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Current subscriptions are not affected until their next renewal.

Article 5 — Subscription and licence

The subscription grants access to a licence to use LogiBake on one (1) computer. The subscription includes:

Access to all software features
10,000 AI credits per month (renewed each billing period)
Software updates
Email technical support

The licence is personal and non-transferable. It is linked to a unique machine identifier.

Before subscribing, you may use LogiBake free of charge for a trial period of fourteen (14) days, without providing any payment method. The trial grants access to all software features, with a quota of 1,000 AI credits for the duration of the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the software is suspended. To continue using LogiBake, you must subscribe to a paid plan. The free trial is limited to one use per email address and per device.

Article 6 — Delivery of the service (Software)

As a digital service, delivery is instant. Once your payment is validated by Paddle, you receive an email containing your unique licence key and download instructions for your operating system.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and refund policy

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@logibake.com or via Paddle. The refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

In summary: any new subscription can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After this period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no pro-rata refund is given for the period in progress.

Article 8 — Duration and cancellation

The subscription is concluded for the chosen duration (monthly or annual) and renews automatically at each billing date.

You may cancel at any time, without justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is given for the period in progress.

Upon cancellation, the software ceases to function at licence expiry. Your data remains accessible on your machine.

Article 9 — AI credits

The subscription includes 10,000 AI credits per month. Unused credits do not carry over to the following month. Each AI action consumes a defined number of credits. Cost details per action are available within the application.

Article 10 — Data and privacy

Business data entered in the software is stored exclusively on your computer. TFNS SOLUTIONS has no access to it and cannot view, retrieve or back it up.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The software provides a local backup feature.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

The LogiBake software, its source code, interface and documentation are the exclusive property of TFNS SOLUTIONS. The subscription grants a right of use, not a transfer of ownership.

Any reproduction, decompilation, reverse-engineering or redistribution of the software is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 — Limitation of liability

TFNS SOLUTIONS provides the software “as is”. The publisher shall not be held liable for:

Data loss resulting from hardware failure or misuse
Business decisions made on the basis of the software’s calculations
Service interruption due to circumstances beyond its control

The total liability of TFNS SOLUTIONS is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the past 12 months.

Article 13 — Technical support

Support is provided by email at contact@logibake.com, Monday to Friday. TFNS SOLUTIONS commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe.

Article 14 — Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.

Article 15 — Amendment of these Terms

TFNS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes apply to new subscriptions. Current subscriptions remain subject to the Terms accepted at the time of subscription.
