LogiBake is desktop software. Its business database (recipes, ingredients, invoices, productions) is stored locally on your computer. Some features you trigger, in particular AI extractions, transmit the information needed to process them.

When you run a recipe or invoice extraction, the document and, where applicable, the information needed to read it are transmitted to Fireworks (Kimi), or to Anthropic (Claude) if the latter takes over. Their retention terms differ and are set out in the privacy policy.

Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, Merchant of Record, which has its own privacy policy. TFNS SOLUTIONS has no access to any banking data.
