Is it really commitment-free?
Yes. You can deactivate your licence at any time from the app, with no justification and no fees. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period. No penalty, no complicated process.
How does the free trial work?
You can try LogiBake free for 14 days, with no credit card required. The trial gives you full access to all features, with 1,000 AI credits included. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe or not. And even after payment, the legal 14-day withdrawal right still protects you: full refund, no questions asked.
How does the licence work?
Each licence corresponds to one location. If you have a single workshop, one licence is enough regardless of the number of recipes or products. If you run two locations from the same computer, you can install two licences side by side: each has its own data (recipes, ingredients, stocks). A reduced rate applies from the second licence.
Can I share data between licences?
Yes, between active licences. A built-in import button lets you transfer data from one licence to another, whether both are on the same computer or on different computers. You can import recipes, ingredients, products, suppliers or ranges. During import, full conflict and difference management is provided: each item is compared to what already exists in the destination licence, and you choose what to keep, replace or skip. You never have to start from scratch when a location has already been set up.
How does payment work?
The subscription is monthly or annual, by credit card. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. No hidden fees, no extra charge based on the number of recipes or products.
Does the software work without internet?
The vast majority of features work offline: stock management, recipes, orders, production, schedules, labels, HACCP. Only AI-powered features (invoice extraction, recipe extraction, reports, nutrition, processes, weight scaling) require an occasional internet connection. POS imports (Square, SumUp, Lightspeed) also go through the internet. A licence check occurs roughly once a week, after which everything continues to run locally.
Where is my data stored?
All your data -- recipes, costs, stocks, orders, settings -- are stored locally on your machine in an encrypted database (AES-256). Nothing passes through a cloud server and nothing is accessible from outside. You are the only one with access.
How does AI process my documents (invoices, recipes)?
When you import a photo of an invoice or recipe, the document is sent to an AI model for extraction. The model analyses the document, returns the result, then immediately forgets it. No data is stored, recorded or reused on the AI servers. The result appears in the app; you review it and validate or correct before saving.
Are updates included?
Yes. All updates -- bug fixes and new features -- are included in the subscription. Email technical support is also included, with no limit.
What if I change computers?
Deactivate your licence from the app on the old computer, then activate it on the new one. To recover your data, create a full backup on the old machine and restore it on the new one in a few clicks. All your data is transferred: recipes, ingredients, products, stocks, orders, history and settings.
How many recipes or ingredients can I create?
No limit. Create as many recipes, products and ingredients as you need. Nearly 280 ingredients come pre-loaded with nutritional values and allergens, and over 200 professional recipes (bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream and catering) are available as a working base. Use them as-is or adapt them to your needs.
Is it hard to learn?
No. A complete tutorial is built into the app with contextual help at every step. Pre-loaded recipes and ingredients let you get started immediately without entering everything from scratch. If a question remains unanswered, you can contact support directly from the app.
How do I import my sales?
LogiBake connects directly to Square, SumUp and Lightspeed. For other systems, you can import sales via CSV file or by email (forwarding the sales report from your POS). Once imported, the data automatically feeds into analytics, forecasts and stock updates.
Is cost-of-goods calculated automatically?
Yes. Material cost and margin are recalculated in real time whenever a purchase price changes. Each invoice extraction updates your ingredient prices, and the cost of every recipe and product adjusts immediately. You see the impact on your margins without any extra data entry.
Can I generate regulatory labels (INCO)?
Yes. LogiBake generates labels compliant with INCO regulation: ingredient list in descending order, allergens highlighted, and nutritional values calculated from the actual composition of each recipe. Export to PDF, ready for direct printing.
Are traceability and HACCP records built in?
Yes. You can record temperature readings per appliance, validate cleaning plans by zone, and trace each ingredient by batch number from reception to production. Everything is searchable and exportable in case of an inspection.
How does backup work?
You can trigger a backup at any time from the app. The database inside is encrypted (AES-256). If something goes wrong, restoring takes just a few clicks. Backups include all your data: recipes, stocks, orders, history, settings.
Why a credit system, and what happens at the cap?
LogiBake's AI features rely on advanced models where every request has a real cost. The credit system lets us offer a fixed-price subscription while ensuring reliable service for all users. 10,000 credits are included every month, which amply covers intensive use. Each AI action (invoice extraction, recipe extraction, reports, nutrition, processes, weight scaling) uses credits. If the cap is reached, only AI features are paused until the following month; everything else in the app continues to work normally. The counter resets automatically each month. If needed, reduced-rate top-ups are handled through a web page accessible from the app for those who prefer not to wait for the monthly renewal.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes, it can, like any automatic extraction tool. That's why every result goes through a verification step: AI proposes, you review and correct if needed before validating. Nothing is saved to your data without your explicit approval.
Is the software available in multiple languages?
Yes. LogiBake is available in 9 languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese and Chinese. You can switch language at any time in the settings.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. LogiBake runs on any recent Mac or PC (Windows 10+ or macOS 12+). The app uses very few resources because all processing is done locally. No remote server is needed for day-to-day use.
