Introduction

TFNS SOLUTIONS (“we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes the data collected, how it is used, and your rights.

Data collected within the software

Day-to-day management in LogiBake works offline. Its business database (recipes, ingredients, stock, productions, invoices, team) is stored on your computer, encrypted with AES-256. The AI features you run require an occasional transmission, described below.

TFNS SOLUTIONS has no access to this data and cannot view, retrieve or back it up on your behalf.

Data transmitted occasionally

When you run a recipe or invoice extraction, the document and the information needed to analyze it may be transmitted to Fireworks (Kimi), then to Anthropic (Claude) if a handoff is needed. Fireworks states that it does not store the content of requests on its open models unless storage is deliberately enabled. Anthropic states that, as a general rule, it deletes its API inputs and outputs within 30 days, subject to the exceptions provided for in its terms. These transmissions take place at your initiative.

License verification sends a unique machine identifier and the license key to our server. No business data is transmitted during this check.

Data collected on the website

The logibake.com website collects the following data:

  • Contact form: name, email, message. This data is used only to respond to your request.
  • Strictly necessary cookies: language preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) are placed.
  • Anonymous analytics: we use a self-hosted analytics system to measure traffic (pages visited, performance, browser, OS, interface language). Data is anonymous: random ephemeral session ID, no IP address stored, no tracking cookie. You can disable this measurement at any time via the "Disable analytics" link at the bottom of the page.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment data according to its own privacy policy. TFNS SOLUTIONS never has access to your banking details.

Data retention

  • Contact form: data is kept for the time needed to process the request, then deleted.
  • License: the machine identifier and key are kept for the duration of the subscription.
  • Business data: your data in the software is never transmitted to TFNS SOLUTIONS. Its retention depends entirely on you.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
  • Objection to processing
  • Data portability

You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Transfers outside the EU

The website is hosted by Vercel. Some AI features use Fireworks or Anthropic. These providers may process data in the United States; the safeguards applicable to these transfers are described in their privacy policies.

The business database stays on your machine. Only the information needed for the features you trigger may be transmitted to the providers concerned.
