TFNS SOLUTIONS (“we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes the data collected, how it is used, and your rights.

Data collected within the software

LogiBake is desktop software that runs 100% offline. All your business data (recipes, ingredients, stock, productions, invoices, team) is stored exclusively on your computer, encrypted with AES-256.

TFNS SOLUTIONS has no access to this data and cannot view, retrieve or back it up on your behalf.

Data transmitted occasionally

When using AI features (recipe or invoice extraction by photo), the image is transmitted to our provider Anthropic for processing. No data is retained by Anthropic after analysis. These transmissions only occur at your initiative.

Licence verification sends a unique machine identifier and the licence key to our server. No business data is transmitted during this check.

Data collected on the website

The website logibake.com collects the following data:

• Contact form: name, email, message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Strictly necessary cookies: language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment data according to its own privacy policy. TFNS SOLUTIONS never has access to your banking details.

Data retention

• Contact form: data is kept for the time needed to process the request, then deleted.
• Licence: the machine identifier and key are kept for the duration of the subscription.
• Business data: your data in the software is never transmitted to TFNS SOLUTIONS. Its retention depends entirely on you.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Data portability

Transfers outside the EU

The website is hosted by Vercel (United States). AI features use Anthropic (United States). These transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your business data remains on your machine and is not subject to any transfer.
