Preparation steps

    Whisk eggs, oil and milk.

    Add flour, baking powder, salt, pepper.

    Fold in grated cheese and diced filling (ham, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.).

    Pour into buttered loaf tin.

    Bake 40-45 min at 180°C.

    Cool 10 min, unmould. Serve warm or at room temperature.
