Preparation steps

    Heat cream with pistachio paste.

    Pour over yolks + sugar.

  3. 3

    Cook to 85°C, add bloomed gelatin.

  4. 4

    Blend until smooth, add white chocolate.

  5. 5

    Pour into moulds. Chill at least 4h.
