Preparation steps

    Heat cream to a simmer.

    Pour over chopped milk chocolate. Wait 1 min.

    Stir from centre outward in small circles until emulsified.

    Add soft butter, blend with immersion blender.

    Use warm for pouring, or cool for piping/filling.
