Preparation steps

    Cream butter and icing sugar.

    Add egg, mix.

    Sift flour with cocoa powder. Add to mixture with a pinch of salt.

    Mix until just combined.

    Wrap in film, refrigerate 2h minimum.

  6. 6

    Roll to 3 mm, line tart rings.

  7. 7

    Blind bake 12-15 min at 160°C.
