Preparation steps

    Heat green apple purée with part of the sugar.

    At 40°C add pectin + sugar. Bring to boil.

  3. 3

    Add glucose, cook to 107°C.

  4. 4

    Add citric acid and green colouring if desired. Pour into frame.

  5. 5

    Cool and set 24h.

  6. 6

    Cut and coat in sugar.
