Preparation steps

    Cream butter and icing sugar.

    Add ground almonds, mix.

  3. 3

    Add egg, mix.

  4. 4

    Add flour and salt, mix until just combined. Do not overwork.

  5. 5

    Wrap in film, refrigerate 2h minimum.

  6. 6

    Roll to 3 mm, line tart rings.

  7. 7

    Blind bake 12-15 min at 165°C.
