Preparation steps

    Heat cream to a simmer.

    Pour over chopped milk chocolate. Emulsify carefully.

    Add butter, blend.

    Cool to scoop-able consistency (18-20°C).

    Scoop, roll into balls, coat in cocoa or tempered chocolate.
