Preparation steps

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs and milk: speed 1 for 4 min, speed 2 for 5 min.

    Add softened butter, mix speed 2 until smooth. Final temp: 24°C.

    Fold in raisins (or sugar pearls) at speed 1, 1 min.

    Bulk ferment 1h30 under film.

  5. 5

    Divide into 400 g pieces, shape and place in buttered loaf tins.

    Proof 1h-1h15.

  7. 7

    Egg wash, bake 30-35 min at 170°C.

  8. 8

    Unmould, cool on wire rack.
