Preparation steps

    Cook isomalt to 170°C.

    Add colour if desired.

  3. 3

    Pour onto silicone mat, cool slightly.

  4. 4

    When pliable, pull and fold to even out.

  5. 5

    Attach to pump, blow gently to inflate.

  6. 6

    Shape as desired (spheres, fruits, flowers).

  7. 7

    Seal opening with heat. Store with desiccant.
