Preparation steps

    Make pâte à bombe: yolks, sugar syrup (121°C). Whip until cool.

    Add Grand Marnier.

    Fold in whipped cream.

  4. 4

    Pour into moulds. Freeze 6h.

  5. 5

    Unmould, serve on a pool of crème anglaise.
