Preparation steps

    Roast almonds and hazelnuts separately at 160°C.

    Cook sugar dry to amber caramel.

  3. 3

    Add hot nuts, stir to coat.

  4. 4

    Pour onto oiled marble slab. Cool completely.

  5. 5

    Break into pieces, grind in food processor until paste forms.

  6. 6

    Continue grinding until desired smoothness (5-10 min).
