Preparation steps

    Cream butter and icing sugar.

    Add egg whites, mix.

    Add flour, mix until smooth.

    Spread very thinly on silicone mat using a stencil.

    Bake 5-7 min at 170°C until golden.

    Shape immediately while hot (bend, curl) or leave flat.

    Store in airtight container.
