Preparation steps

    Mix flour, yoghurt, water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil.

    Knead until smooth, 5-7 min.

    Bulk ferment 1h.

    Divide into 80-100 g pieces, shape into balls.

  5. 5

    Roll each into an oval or teardrop shape (5 mm thick).

    Cook on a very hot skillet or in oven at 270°C, 2-3 min per side.

    Brush with melted butter immediately. Serve warm.
