Preparation steps

    Dice cold butter into large cubes.

    Mix with flour, salt and cold water. Leave butter pieces visible.

    Roll out, fold in thirds (letter fold). Repeat 4 times with 30 min rests.

    Roll to desired thickness.

    Cut and shape (triangles for samosas, squares, etc.).

    Bake at 200°C until golden.
