Preparation steps

Melt each chocolate separately with butter.

For each layer: whisk eggs + sugar, fold in flour, fold in melted chocolate.

Pour first layer into mould, bake 8 min at 170°C.

Pour second layer on top, bake 8 min.

Pour third layer, bake 8-10 min.

Cool completely before unmoulding.

Serve slightly warm for best texture.
