Preparation steps

    Heat milk, oil and salt to a boil.

    Pour over tapioca starch (manioc), mix. Let cool to warm.

    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

    Add grated cheese (queijo minas or Parmesan), knead.

  5. 5

    Scoop into small balls (30-40 g), place on lined trays.

  6. 6

    Bake 20-25 min at 180°C until puffed and golden.
