Preparation steps

    Mix flour, salt, a pinch of sugar.

    Cut in cold butter or lard.

  3. 3

    Add egg and cold water. Mix until dough forms.

    Knead briefly. Rest 30 min in film.

  5. 5

    Roll to 3 mm, cut circles (12-15 cm).

  6. 6

    Fill, fold and crimp edges (repulgue).

  7. 7

    Bake 20 min at 200°C or deep fry at 180°C.
