Preparation steps

    Mix flour, salt, oil and water until smooth dough.

    Rest 30 min.

    Roll as thin as possible (almost translucent).

    Place on floured peel or tray.

    Spread crème fraîche, top with onions and lardons.

    Bake 8-10 min at highest oven temperature (280-300°C).
