Preparation steps

    Mix flour, water, salt and a drizzle of oil.

    Knead 5-7 min until smooth and elastic. Rest 30 min.

    Divide into 100 g balls.

    Roll each ball very thin (almost translucent).

  5. 5

    Place filling on one half (spinach-feta, minced meat, potato).

    Fold over and seal edges.

  7. 7

    Cook on a hot dry griddle, 2-3 min per side until golden spots appear.
