Preparation steps

    Mix flour, salt, baking powder.

    Add oil or lard, mix until sandy.

    Add warm water, knead 3-5 min until smooth.

    Rest 30 min under film.

    Divide into 50-60 g balls. Roll each very thin (1-2 mm).

    Cook on a dry hot griddle, 30 sec-1 min per side.

    Stack in a cloth to stay soft.
