Preparation steps

    Soak raw chickpeas 24h (do not use canned).

    Drain. Blend with onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander.

    Season with salt, pepper. Add baking powder.

    Refrigerate mixture 1h.

    Shape into balls or patties (40-50 g).

    Deep fry at 180°C for 3-4 min until deep golden.

    Drain on paper. Serve with tahini sauce.
