Preparation steps

    Cook chickpeas until very soft (or use canned, drained).

    Blend chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, ice water and salt.

    Blend for 3-5 min until very smooth.

    Adjust seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.

    Garnish with paprika, whole chickpeas, parsley.
