Preparation steps

    Poach fresh salmon fillet, cool, flake.

    Dice smoked salmon.

    Mix both with softened butter, crème fraîche, lemon juice.

    Season with dill, chives, pepper.

    Pack into ramekins. Refrigerate 2h minimum.

    Serve with toast or blinis.
