What changes
Before
- Orders taken by phone, in the shop or by text — tracking happens somewhere else
- Deposit collected, but the balance isn't tied to the order
- Ordered products have to be recounted manually to prepare production
- An allergy or an inscription is passed on by word of mouth, and gets lost between the counter and the workshop

To prepare the week
Ordered cakes feed into the production schedule, day by day, with the customer, time, allergies and inscription. No need to recount them or copy them out.
On pickup day
You find the order by name, phone number or email, check its status and mark it as handed over with a click; LogiBake warns you if production is not finished. You can print the day’s pickups or deliveries on one sheet.
For financial tracking
Deposit, total and balance due are calculated on each order. Printing by period gives you an overview.
An order passes through the counter, the workshop and sometimes the delivery route. When the time, allergies and inscription follow it to the end, nothing gets lost along the way, even during busy periods.
