Referral program terms and conditions
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) govern participation in the referral program offered by TFNS SOLUTIONS, publisher of the LogiBake software.
The program allows any eligible person to recommend LogiBake to artisan bakers and pastry chefs and to receive a financial commission in return for subscriptions taken out through their recommendation.
Enrollment in the program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 3 — Definitions
- Referrer: person enrolled in the program and holder of a unique referral code.
- Referee: person who takes out a LogiBake subscription using a referrer’s code.
- Referral code: unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to each referrer.
- Commission: remuneration of €9.90 per month per active referee.
- Active referee: referee whose subscription is ongoing and up to date on payments.
- Payout: monthly payment of commissions, made between the 10th and 15th of each month.
Article 4 — Eligibility
The program is open to any adult, holding a valid bank account (IBAN in the SEPA zone) or an active Revolut account, and residing in a country not subject to international financial sanctions.
Two profiles are recognized:
- LogiBake customer: any holder of an active subscription can activate their referral code from their user area.
- External ambassador: any external person (trainer, consultant, content creator, industry supplier) can apply via the sign-up form. Enrollment is subject to validation within 48 business hours. A professional email address is required.
TFNS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to refuse or suspend any application that does not match the spirit of the program.
Article 5 — Referral code
The referral code is assigned automatically at sign-up. It is unique, stable and permanent.
The code can be shared in three equivalent forms: the code itself (e.g. "BX7K2P"), a web link (logibake.com/?p=BX7K2P) or an automatically generated QR code.
The referrer undertakes to use their code in accordance with proper conduct: personal recommendation, sharing with the recipient’s consent, publications on their own channels. Any practice of spam, unsolicited prospecting or identity theft results in immediate exclusion from the program.
Article 6 — Commission
The commission is €9.90 inclusive of all taxes per month per active referee, regardless of the plan chosen by the referee (monthly at €39.90 or yearly at €299).
- Duration: 12 consecutive months maximum per referee, starting from their subscription.
- Cap per referee: €118.80 (€9.90 × 12 months).
- Number of referees: unlimited.
- Payout condition: the referee must be active in the month considered (subscription ongoing, payment up to date, no refund in progress).
If a referee cancels their subscription before the end of the 12 months, the commission ends the month following cancellation. The referrer keeps the payouts already received. No penalty applies.
In the event of a refund within 30 days of a referee’s payment (withdrawal right, chargeback), the corresponding commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid, it is deducted from the next payout.
Payout activation threshold for external ambassadors. Ambassadors whose status is not attached to an active LogiBake subscription are paid from 2 acquired referees onward. LogiBake customers who activate their referral code from the app are paid from their 1st referee.
Retroactive mechanism. As long as the 2-referee threshold is not reached, the commissions generated by the 1st referee are kept on hold. On the arrival of the 2nd referee, all the commissions accumulated on the 1st referee (excluding those already expired, see paragraph below) switch to effective payout, on the usual schedule.
Expiry. If the 2nd referee does not arrive before the 1st referee reaches their 12-month cap mentioned above, the commissions accumulated on the 1st referee expire definitively. Commissions generated later (e.g. on a 3rd referee acquired after expiry) follow their own 12-month cycle.
Example A. Marie becomes an ambassador in January. She refers Catherine in March (1st referee), then Pierre in June (2nd referee). The commissions from Catherine accumulated from March to May (3 × €9.90 = €29.70) are paid retroactively to Marie in her July payout, on the usual schedule.
Example B. Jean becomes an ambassador in January. He refers David in March (1st referee) but does not bring a 2nd referee. David’s commissions remain on hold. In March of the following year, David reaches his 12-month cap without Jean having acquired a 2nd referee: the commissions accumulated on David expire definitively.
Article 7 — Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly, between the 10th and 15th of each month. No minimum threshold applies: from the first active referee, the referrer receives their payout.
The referrer chooses their payout method at sign-up, from:
- SEPA transfer to IBAN: free, valid in the 36 SEPA-zone countries. Receipt time D+1 to D+3 business days.
- Revtag Revolut: the referrer provides their public Revolut handle (e.g. "@janebaker"). Instant payout, free, worldwide. No sensitive bank data shared.
The referrer can change their payout method at any time from their dashboard. A confirmation email is sent on each change.
In the event of a failure (invalid IBAN, closed account, non-existent Revtag), TFNS SOLUTIONS notifies the referrer by email. The payout is retried the following month after correction of the information. No commission is permanently lost as a result.
Article 8 — Self-billing
In application of article 289 of the French General Tax Code, TFNS SOLUTIONS issues the invoice in the name and on behalf of the referrer at each payout.
Signing the mandate. When enrolling in the program, the referrer electronically signs a self-billing mandate authorizing TFNS SOLUTIONS to issue invoices in their name. The date, IP address and mandate version are kept as proof of signature, accessible at any time from the referrer’s dashboard.
Mandatory wording. Each invoice issued bears the wording "Invoice issued by the customer in the name and on behalf of the supplier". It is numbered sequentially and kept in accordance with article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
Validation of each invoice. Before any payout, the referrer must view the invoice from their dashboard and explicitly validate it by clicking "I validate this invoice". This validation formally commits the referrer to acknowledging the accuracy of the amounts and triggers payment processing. As long as an invoice is not validated, the payout remains on hold.
For referrers residing in another European Union country, self-billing is carried out under article 224 of directive 2006/112/EC.
The referrer may at any time withdraw their consent to the mandate by contacting TFNS SOLUTIONS. In that case, subsequent payouts are suspended until the referrer issues their own invoices and sends them to TFNS SOLUTIONS.
Article 9 — Tax and social responsibility
Commissions received are taxable income. The referrer is solely responsible for:
- Declaring them to the tax authorities of their country of residence
- Adopting a suitable legal status (sole trader, micro-enterprise, company, local equivalent) if the volume justifies it
- Complying with their local social and declarative obligations
- Paying social contributions and taxes due
TFNS SOLUTIONS recommends the referrer to open a dedicated business account, consult an accountant as soon as commissions exceed a few hundred euros per month, and anticipate turnover thresholds (notably the VAT exemption threshold in France).
By activating their code, the referrer certifies that their situation complies with the legislation applicable to them. TFNS SOLUTIONS cannot be held liable for any failure to declare or for any breach of the referrer’s legal obligations.
Article 10 — Fraud and abuse
The following practices result in immediate exclusion from the program, deletion of the referral code and retroactive cancellation of commissions:
- Self-referral: taking out a referee subscription with one’s own identity, that of a relative, of a related company or via a shared credit card
- Spam, unsolicited prospecting, misleading advertising, fake testimonials
- Identity theft or unjustified claim to a status (MOF, Champion, school, official supplier)
- Traffic buying, click farms, bots
- Attempts to circumvent anti-fraud controls
- Any action intended to mislead potential referees
TFNS SOLUTIONS implements automatic controls (identity verification, referee reports, conversion analysis). On detection, the referrer may be placed under manual review.
If more than 15% of a referrer’s referees request a refund within 120 days of their subscription, the program is automatically suspended and a manual review is triggered. In the event of confirmed fraud, the totality of commissions is cancelled.
Article 11 — Personal data
TFNS SOLUTIONS collects and processes the referrer’s personal data (name, email, country, IBAN or Revtag, amount of commissions paid) in the context of the program. The purposes of the processing are:
- Administrative and financial management of the program
- Payout of commissions
- Generation of invoices and accounting retention (10 years, legal obligation L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
- Fraud detection and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations
- Communication related to the program
Data required for accounting are kept for 10 years. Other data are deleted within 3 years after the end of the referrer’s participation.
In accordance with the GDPR, the referrer has rights of access, rectification, erasure (subject to accounting obligations), restriction, portability and objection. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@logibake.com.
Referees are never identified by name in the referrer’s dashboard. Only initials are displayed (e.g. "Marie D.") to respect their confidentiality.
The referrer’s IBAN is encrypted on TFNS SOLUTIONS’ servers. No complete bank data is exposed in the dashboard or in email communications.
Article 12 — Intellectual property
The LogiBake brand, logo, visuals and communication materials made available (sharing kits, banners, screenshots) are the exclusive property of TFNS SOLUTIONS.
The referrer is authorized to use these elements only within the framework of the program and in compliance with brand identity. Any other use, particularly commercial, must be subject to prior written authorization.
Article 13 — Termination
The referrer may leave the program at any time, without notice or justification, by sending a request to contact@logibake.com. Commissions already acquired remain due to them and will be paid according to the usual schedule.
TFNS SOLUTIONS may suspend or exclude a referrer from the program, without notice, in the event of:
- Breach of these T&Cs
- Confirmed fraud (see article 10)
- Practices harmful to LogiBake’s image
- Discontinuation of the program by TFNS SOLUTIONS (with 30 days’ notice)
If a referrer terminates voluntarily (or if their own LogiBake subscription is terminated), they continue to receive commissions from their existing referees until the end of their 12-month cap. However, they can no longer acquire new referees.
Article 14 — Limitation of liability
TFNS SOLUTIONS undertakes to implement reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the program. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
- Temporary interruption of the payment service due to an external cause (banking outage, unavailability of the payment provider)
- Error in entering IBAN or Revtag by the referrer resulting in a payout failure
- Force majeure
The referrer acknowledges that commissions paid under the program do not constitute a salary, create no relationship of subordination, and can in no case be treated as an employment contract or a commercial agent contract.
Article 15 — Modification of the T&Cs
TFNS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Referrers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any substantial modification takes effect.
In the event of disagreement with the new T&Cs, the referrer may terminate their participation in the program within 30 days of notification, without affecting commissions already acquired.
Article 16 — Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
