Preparation steps

    Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks, adding sugar gradually.

    Fold in sifted icing sugar and ground nuts (almond or hazelnut).

    Pipe or spread into discs on parchment (use a template).

    Dust with icing sugar.

    Bake 20-25 min at 160°C.
