Preparation steps

    Dice cold butter into small cubes.

    Mix flour, sugar and butter by hand or in mixer with paddle.

    Rub together until you get a coarse, sandy texture. Do not over-mix.

    Spread on a tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake 12-15 min at 170°C, stirring halfway.

    Cool completely. Store airtight.
